KATIE KYAHAT
After serving eight years in the Navy, I made an adventurous jump into Charleston real estate. I grew up outside Chicago, graduated from the University of Missouri, and was sent to San Diego for my first Navy tour. During my tour I was stationed in California, Japan, South Carolina, and Washington. My travels have made me a military relocation specialist. I now get to pursue my love of real estate in my favorite city! I love to explore and share all that Charleston has to offer! I am dedicated to helping you find your perfect place to enjoy low-country living.

LIVING THE CHS LIFESTYLE
THE HOLY CITY
Charleston’s called “The Holy City” because it was unusually open to different religions early on, a rarity for that time period. In addition to welcoming diverse faiths, Charleston is known for having a historic skyline filled with over 400 church steeples. Fun fact, no building in Charleston is allowed to rise higher than the tallest church steeple in the city, Saint Matthew’s Lutheran Church, which stands at 297 feet tall. It’s thoughtful details like this that give Charleston its postcard-perfect charm.
